What To Expect

All about you.

Your first visit is all about you — your comfort, your happiness, and your health. We review your dental and medical history, take digital X-rays, and the doctor sits down with you to discuss what we see, build your individual treatment plan, and answer every question. A hygienist then cleans and polishes your teeth, checking for any early signs of decay or gingivitis.

Plan for 90–120 minutes — we don't rush first visits.

Bring your ID & insurance card

We’ll handle the claims and paperwork with your provider.

Your medical history

Medications, conditions, and anything you’d like us to know.

Your questions

Nothing is off the table — goals, worries, finances, timelines.

Financial Information

Clarity before commitment.

Dental insurance. We work with all major dental insurance companies. We are not in network with most plans, but if you carry dental insurance, you can use it here — we go above and beyond to make sure your benefits are applied, and every treatment is explained to you before it begins.

The cost of treatment varies with your individual needs and plan — so we discuss the cost and every available payment option before you begin, quoted in writing, so you can make the best choice for you.

We accept all major credit cards and CareCredit financing, and we participate directly with Delta Dental Premier. For everyone else’s ongoing care, our in-house dental plan builds preventive visits into one simple membership — with member savings on treatment and none of the fine print.

Good To Know

Questions, answered plainly.

How often should I come in?

The American Dental Association recommends a checkup and cleaning every six months — it's the single best way to keep small problems small.

I'm anxious about the dentist. Will that be a problem?

Not here. The whole practice is built around painless, stress-free visits, and mild sedation is available for patients who want extra calm.

Do you see children?

Yes — from first teeth through braces-age and beyond. Exams and cleanings for children through great-grandparents.

What if I have an emergency?

Call (248) 553-9393. We keep room for same-day emergency care whenever possible.

Ready when you are.

New patients are welcomed with an unhurried, comprehensive first visit — photographs, a conversation about your goals, and a plan you'll understand completely.
