These terms cover your use of this website. Your care is governed by the consent and financial documents you sign with the practice, not by this page.
The short version. The site is general information, not dental advice about your mouth. Requesting an appointment online isn't a confirmed appointment until we reach you. If something is urgent, call — and in an emergency, call 911.
1. Information, not advice
Pages about procedures, whole-health dentistry, the in-house plan and patient stories are general education. They aren't diagnosis or treatment advice for you and don't replace an exam. Results shown are individual patients who agreed to share them; your results will differ.
2. Appointment requests
Submitting the form asks us to contact you; an appointment is scheduled only when a team member confirms it with you. Please don't use the form for urgent problems — call the office, or call 911 in an emergency. Don't submit requests on someone else's behalf without their permission (parents and guardians may request for minors).
3. In-house dental plan and pricing
Descriptions of our in-house plan, fees and insurance participation are informational and can change. The plan's actual terms are in the plan agreement you sign; fees are confirmed in your treatment plan.
4. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site — for example by submitting false information, probing or interfering with it, scraping it at scale, or trying to reach systems you're not authorized to use.
5. Intellectual property
The site's text, photos, illustrations, logo and design belong to Arbor Dental Associates or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal use; other reproduction needs our permission.
6. Third-party links
Links to Google Maps, reviews, insurers and other sites are provided for convenience; those sites have their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The website is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. To the same extent, the practice and its dentists and staff aren't liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from use of the website, and total liability relating to the website (as distinct from dental care, which is governed by your patient agreements and applicable law) won't exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
8. Governing law
Michigan law governs these terms, and disputes about the website belong in the state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan.
9. Changes and contact
