The Essentials
What it is.
Modern dentures are nothing like the ones your parents knew. Designed personally — tooth shape, arrangement, and gum tones chosen for your face — a well-crafted denture restores natural chewing and a smile that looks like yours.
For patients tired of slipping and adhesives, implant-secured dentures lock onto a small number of implants: stable enough for corn on the cob, removable for easy cleaning — or fixed permanently.

Is This You?
Sound familiar?
- A denture that slips, clicks, or needs constant adhesive
- Missing several teeth and tired of chewing carefully
- An old denture that’s flattened your smile
- Facing extractions and wondering what’s next
The Process
What to expect.
- Design & impressions
Precise impressions and a personal design session — this is where a denture becomes yours.
- The try-in
You preview the teeth in wax first: shape, shade, and fit are adjusted before anything is final.
- Delivery & fine-tuning
Delivery, then follow-up adjustments until it feels like part of you. Implant options add security at any point.

Good To Know
Questions, answered.
Can my denture stop coming out at night?
Often, yes. If your denture already snaps onto LOCATOR® implant abutments — or implants are part of your plan — LOCATOR FIXED® can convert it to a fixed set of teeth that only the dentist removes, usually without touching the implants.
Is there a digital option?
Yes — a digital denture is scanned and milled rather than impressed and packed, which usually means a closer fit in fewer appointments.
How long until it feels normal?
Expect an adjustment period of a few weeks; we fine-tune fit at follow-ups until eating and speaking feel natural.
What about implant-secured dentures?
Two to four implants can anchor a lower denture that never moves — the single biggest quality-of-life upgrade in this field.
How long do dentures last?
Five to ten years typically, with periodic relines as your tissue changes.
